Our story begins in the United States, where smoking laws vary from state to state. Our enterprising founder, Andrew Logan, saw someone smoking in a bar in New Mexico and approached him about his 30-year smoking habit. He was told it was a non-smoking area and that the person was using an e-cigarette. It was 2010, and e-cigarettes looked like regular cigarettes, or as we now call them, cigs.
And after a nearly 4 hour discussion about vaping, a new friendship was formed between Andrew and the man who knew about vaping.
With a background in mechanics, a passion for smoking, and a greater passion for electronics, Andrew decided to learn more about the technology and ordered the vaping devices that were available on the market at the time to see if he could kick his 30-year habit. Of course, he realized that the ones he bought were terrible and couldn’t help him quit. Undeterred, Andrew contacted a factory in China and asked if they could help him improve an existing device. The factory agreed, and the first V3 battery was born. Starting with a personal loan, a bedroom, and his wife as his first customer, JAC Vapor was born. 20,000 customers followed after his wife in 2011. It was time to find a bigger warehouse.

We have grown with the market. From retail, to shops across the UK, a wholesale website and offices in Manchester. We are constantly improving our equipment and essential oil range. We have a groundbreaking new product line ready for next year.
