Remember the early days of e-cigarettes ?
The DSE901 or Super were even smaller than the Minis and confused everyone. And what about e-liquids ? The choices were limited back then, just tobacco, mint or cherry.
And don't forget about trying to install the filter into the cartridge and it leaking all over your hand, most early vapers have experienced this.
Looking back, back then e-cigarettes were much simpler than they are now, a cartridge, a burner , a battery and a mouthpiece, and there weren’t many options, most of them only came in one size. Compared to the different types of devices with today’s advanced technology, we can see how difficult it was back then. The biggest headache was that the battery life at that time was only two hours, so vapers always had to keep three or four spares in their bags.
Back then, the packaging of e-cigarettes wasn't very appealing, the cartridges were packed in cardboard boxes along with instructions for use.
And looking back at forums from 2008, we remember that back then e-cigs weren’t as cool as they are now, they were simple and were the start of a revolution that we hope will continue. It’s amazing how the early vapers stuck around and slowly improved upon the basics, we have cartomizers, tanks , fancy cases and more.
When the Tornado was released, we knew how much times had changed, and so had technology.
From the beginning, when the market was new, and when the vape shops only had a few shelves with a handful of products, they and we, the business people and vapers, knew we had chosen the right direction, a miracle because even at that time, e-cigarettes had already begun to change the lives of the community.
