Coil rolling is an art
Coils are made from metal wires of different lengths and materials such as alloy, nichrome, SS316 stainless steel or familiar kanthal wire. Builders use pliers and coil jig to bend them into a sophisticated, complex coil with twisted, braided, and staggered lines.
The builder will then use a screwdriver to build the coil into the atomizer .
Cotton needs to be measured in the exact amount to wick into the coil pair. But to create a perfect product is not easy, each atomizer has its own characteristics so it needs a different way of building, some need long cotton legs, short cotton legs, some need thin cotton, some need thick cotton.
